SUBJECT: New Year's Eve Countdown Protocol
In accordance with Article 42, Section 7 of the Bureaucrat Code, all Bureaucrats are hereby ordered to report to the Timekeeper's Office for a mandatory New Year's Eve Countdown.
This is a drill. Repeat, THIS IS A DRILL. Do not panic. However, do bring snacks.
Failure to report will result in severe penalties, up to and including but not limited to: being sent back in time to relive the 1970s, forced to watch reruns of "The Great Dictator," and/or forced to listen to elevator music for 24 hours straight.
