When the coffee machine is merely not producing coffee, but still functioning.

Call the Coffee Machine Maintenance (CMM) team
Perform a soft reset: unplug, wait 30 seconds, plug back in
Cycle the machine through a series of diagnostic tests (see Diagnostic Tests)
