Section 1: Initial Response

When a coffee machine fails to dispense coffee, follow the steps outlined in this protocol to ensure a swift return to productivity.

Section 2: Troubleshooting

Step 1: Call for Backup

Alert the Coffee Machine Operations Team (CMOT) via emergency hotline 1-800-COFFEE-1.

CMOT will dispatch a team of highly trained coffee engineers to the scene.

CMOT will arrive in 4-6 minutes, but not before the designated Coffee Machine Emergency Response Time (CMERT) of 2 hours.
