Meetings & Coffee Machine Policy - Exceptions

For meetings that are deemed "extra special" or "totally not boring", exceptions to the standard Coffee Machine policy may be considered. These exceptions are as follows:

• Meeting attendees may, on a case-by-case basis, request an additional 30 minutes to discuss their cat's existential crisis.
• For meetings that run longer than 2 hours, a 15-minute break may be granted, during which time attendees may consume an entire pizza.
• Attendees may, with prior approval, use the conference room's whiteboard for impromptu interpretive dance performances.

Requests for exceptions should be made in writing, 24 hours in advance, and accompanied by a valid doctor's note or proof of a valid reason for the exception.

Exceptions are granted on a "whim" basis, and are subject to change without notice.
