By the power vested in us, we hereby declare:

Decree 3: In the face of an emergency, all available ramen noodles shall be requisitioned for the purposes of sustenance, morale, and/or distraction. Any attempts to ration or hoard ramen shall be met with severe penalties, including (but not limited to):

• Loss of seniority privileges
• Assignment to menial tasks
• Mandatory attendance at interminable team-building exercises
