Fines for Non-Compliance

Due to unforeseen circumstances, pretzel rations have reached critical levels. The following fines will be enforced to maintain order and ensure pretzel equality.

Tier I: Minor Miscreant

• First offense: $10 fine, mandatory attendance at "Pretzel Appreciation Hour" seminar
• Second offense: $25 fine, one week's worth of pretzel rations suspended

Tier II: Serious Delinquent

• First offense: $50 fine, two weeks' worth of pretzel rations suspended, mandatory participation in "Pretzel Addiction Recovery Program"
• Second offense: $100 fine, three months' worth of pretzel rations suspended, possible "Pretzel-Related Activities" restriction

Hyper-Offenses: Catastrophic Pretzel Thief

• First offense: $1000 fine, permanent pretzel ration suspension, "Pretzel-Related Activities" restriction
