Emergency Provisions Meeting Minutes

Meeting Purpose: Review the Special Provisions, finalize the Emergency Provisions, and discuss Last Minute Changes.

Attendees:

• Mike, the guy with the mustache
• Ella, the coffee aficionado
• Jon, the guy who ate all the snacks

The meeting was called to order by Ella.

Special Provisions:

1. In the event of a zombie apocalypse, the company will provide a complimentary supply of Panic-Pancakes to all employees.

Emergency Provisions:

1. All emergency provisions will be kept on the 4th floor in the secret safe room.

Last Minute Changes:

1. The Last Minute Changes document has been updated to reflect the new emergency contact information for secret safe room.
2. The Panic-Pancakes recipe will be updated to include a new ingredient: Pancake-Flavor-Enhancers.
