This meeting is being held on the 14th floor of the East Wing of the office. Please do not bring any snacks, as they will only be used as a distraction from the existential dread of being trapped in this windowless conference room.

- Review the minutes from Meeting 9, which were largely incomprehensible due to the poor acoustics.
