Decisions:
• Call in a new coffee machine. Or just buy more coffee. We're not really sure.
• Assign a new "outfit-of-the-day" committee to review HR's wardrobe choices.
• Send a strongly worded letter to the report holders. Again.
• Designate a "phone-free" zone in the meeting room. Preferably with a minimalist aesthetic.
