Adjacency Proposals
Today's agenda includes discussion on introducing an Adjacency System, where coworkers will be rewarded based on the proximity of their chairs to the coffee machine.
The current system of merit is flawed, as it solely relies on "doing work" rather than "being near the coffee machine". We propose a more holistic approach, where employees who sit near the coffee machine are automatically upgraded.
