A Standup, also known as a Sprint Review, is a daily ritual where you pretend to be doing something, while in reality, you're just browsing cat videos.

During the meeting, you'll be asked to report on your accomplishments, which are usually a mix of actual progress and vague, optimistic statements.

Here's an example of a typical Standup report:

			yesterday: fixed bug 345
today: will work on bug 346
			blocking: meeting with marketing

Remember, the goal of the Standup is not to actually do any work, but to make your colleagues feel good about themselves.
