Rock Paper Scissors Tournament Rules

Rule 1: Each player must be a human.

Rule 2: No using a Ouija board as a game piece.

Rule 3: In the event of a tie, a game must be replayed.

Rule 4: The tournament champion will receive a year's supply of paper and a rock.
