Because saying no to unnecessary meetings is a skill that requires practice, we've created this subsection to help you hone your craft.

Step 1: Prepare Your No

Before you can say no, you must know what you're saying no to. Research the topic, gather your thoughts, and craft a compelling no.

Example No Template:

				<no>
				<reasons for no>
				</no>

Step 2: Deliver Your No

Now that you have your no, it's time to deliver it. Speak clearly, firmly, and with conviction. Avoid getting bogged down in justifications or explanations.

Example Delivery Script:

				"Thank you for the invitation, but I must decline."

Step 3: Follow Up

After you've said no, it's essential to follow up. Send a polite but firm confirmation, and be prepared for follow-up questions or attempts to re-engage.

Example Follow-up Message:

				"Thank you for understanding. I'm sticking to my no."
