And by 'the road,' we mean the endless loop of meetings and paperwork.
- Back to Phase 1-1: The Planning Paradox
- The Meeting That Never Ends: Phase 1-2
- The Phase That Wasn't: Phase 1-4 (Just Kidding... or Are We?)
- Phase 2: The Real Fun Starts (Just Not Yet)
Note to Self: Add more phases. Add more meetings.
Warning: This phase may contain excessive use of jargon and buzzwords.
Success: We made it to Phase 1-3! (Kind of.)
Now, where were we? Ah yes, Phase 1-3: The Phase of Infinite Meetings.
Phase 1-3 Goals
- Convince stakeholders that progress is being made
- Generate more meeting minutes than actual progress
- Create a to-do list that's 50 pages long
Phase 1-3 Deliverables
- A detailed meeting schedule for the next 3 months
- A comprehensive report on the state of our 'progress'
- A revised project plan that's 20% more confusing than the last one
Stay tuned for Phase 1-4, where we'll just pretend like we're done.
