Phase 7: Subsubtopic 2 - Critical Mass of Bureaucracy

We're currently experiencing a critical mass of bureaucracy, where every decision requires 17 different approval levels and 5 separate committee meetings.

This has resulted in our project timeline being delayed by an average of 4.2 weeks, with some estimates suggesting it may take up to 6 months to achieve a single minor milestone.

Despite the challenges, our team remains committed to meeting our goals, but not before our next meeting, which is scheduled for 3 weeks from now.
