Sermon 42: The Futility of the Futility of it All
In a world where the apocalypse is imminent, one would think the prophets would have a plan. Alas, not so.
Our prophet, a man of little faith and fewer talents, has been trying to convince us all to do the bare minimum.
"Just go with the flow, and hope for the best," he says. "We'll just wing it, and maybe, just maybe, we'll make it to the end."
We asked him about his qualifications, his credentials, and his plan B.
He just shrugged and said, "Hey, I'm a prophet, aren't I?"
And with that, he went back to his bunker, where the only thing on the wall is a sign that reads "The End Is Near" in bold letters.
