Meetings are the lifeblood of our organization. Or are they?
As we all know, the original meeting was supposed to last 30 minutes. But, well, things got out of hand.
Subcommittee 5: The "We Could've Done It In 30 Minutes" Committee is here to tackle the real issues: why we can't get it done on time, and how we can make it happen.
Our mission statement: "We're not just a subcommittee, we're a time-sucking vortex."
Chairperson: Bob Smith, the man who still thinks a meeting can be a meeting if you just talk about it for 2 hours.
Members:
- John Doe, expert in procrastination and excuses
- Jane Doe, expert in finding ways to spend more time talking about things that don't need to be said
- Bob Johnson, expert in making sure the coffee machine is always full, but not really doing anything else
- Jim Brown, expert in making PowerPoint presentations for hours on end
Subcommittee 5 is a subsidiary of Mtg 5: The Never-Ending Meeting Committee.
