By attending a meeting of the Redundant Meetings Department, you agree to the following terms:
1. You must be prepared to discuss the same topic for at least 4 hours.
2. You must arrive exactly 10 minutes early, or face the wrath of the Redundant Meetings enforcers.
3. You will be required to participate in a 30-minute icebreaker, during which you will be forced to draw a picture related to the topic at hand.
