The Slowest Thinker's Guide to Not Thinking About It

Welcome to my therapy session, Slowest Thinker! Today, we're going to explore the art of doing nothing.

As we begin, I must remind you that the goal of this session is not to think, but to not think. It's all about embracing the void, letting go of productivity, and finding peace in the stillness.

So, let's start with a simple exercise: stare at this blank wall for 10 minutes without blinking. No thinking, no analyzing, just blank-eyed focus.

Continue with the Blank Wall Exercise → Or, if you're feeling particularly existential, move on to the Paradoxical Questions section →

Remember, thinking is the enemy. Don't think.
