**Agenda:** Whether to permit the consumption of Ghost Pepper Pretzels in the break room.

We have received reports that someone (not specifying who) has been eating Ghost Pepper Pretzels from the vending machine, causing widespread discomfort and/or tears.

**Proposed Resolution:** To either:

• Ban Ghost Pepper Pretzels entirely
• Limit Ghost Pepper Pretzels to Designated Snack Area only
• Create a Ghost Pepper Pretzel Club for Employees Who Are Braver Than the Rest
