The Reckoning: Meeting Notes

Meeting Purpose: To discuss the impending doom and chaos that will ensue if the team does not meet its quarterly sales targets.

Action Items:

• Send a strongly worded email to Bob, reminding him that he is, in fact, a salesperson, and it is his job to sell things.
• Develop an emergency plan to address the impending apocalypse, including a 3-tiered system of crisis management: Level 1 ( minor panic), Level 2 (full-blown panic), and Level 3 (total despair).
• Schedule an emergency team meeting for next Thursday at 2 PM to discuss further the inevitability of our demise.
