Make a to-do list, but instead of actually doing the tasks, just stare at it for hours, wondering how you'll ever get it done.

Method 2: The Power of the "Just 5 Minutes More" Technique

Tell yourself you'll just take a 5-minute break to check your phone, and then 5 minutes turn into 5 hours.

Method 3: The Procrastination Paradox

By doing a task, you'll actually be doing the opposite of a task, thereby freeing up more time to do nothing.

Example: If you're supposed to write a report, just stare at a blank piece of paper for hours, thereby proving that the report was never actually due in the first place.
