Apologies for the Chair's lack of attendance were accepted, but not really.

Point 1: The Chair's lack of attendance was discussed.

• Bob: "I'm here now, but only because I heard there'd be free snacks."
• Carol: "I'm here because I heard it was the only meeting that wouldn't involve actual work."
• The Chair: "Silence."

Action Item 2: Find a way to make the free snacks more substantial.

Action Item 3: Determine why the Chair can't be bothered to attend meetings.
