Resolution 1: We, the members of the Adjournment Committee, hereby declare that the meeting was adjourned for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:

• Exhaustion
• Lack of snacks
• Disagreement over whose turn it was to buy pizza

Resolution 2: We also resolve that the adjournment will be permanent, until further notice.
