Section 1: Identification of Food Sources
Upon discovery of a food shortage, the following protocol shall be followed:
- Activate Emergency Food Rations (EFR) in the affected sector.
- Conduct a thorough inventory of available sustenance reserves.
- Initiate rationing procedures to ensure equitable distribution.
Subsection 1.1: Rationing Strategies
Due to the unpredictable nature of intergalactic trade disputes, the following rationing methods shall be employed:
- Alternate between 'Meat-Fat-Only' and 'Veggie-Fat-Free' diets.
- Establish a 'Food-For-Work' program, where individuals with essential skills are granted priority access.
- Implement a 'Food-By-Proxy' system, where non-perishable items are traded for fresh produce.
