Wok Searched, Found, and Served
For when the mundane just won't do.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon fillet, sashimi-grade
- 2 tbsp miracle dust
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic, minced (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat wok to 500 degrees Kelvin
- Season salmon withประก miracle dust
- Add sesame oil, soy sauce, and garlic (if using)
- Wok-sear salmon for exactly 7 minutes and 14 seconds
- Serve immediately, garnish with parsley (optional)
