Welcome to Monday Blues Therapy, where we'll help you survive the horrors of PFRI Day.

PFRI Day is a real thing, folks. It's when the weekend's gone, and the workweek's begun. And let's be honest, it's a real drag.

Technique 1 is all about embracing the pain and finding the rhythm in the blues. It's like a PFRI Day twist on the traditional Monday morning dance:

  1. Step 1: Wake up, and pretend you're a functioning member of society
  2. Step 2: Stumble to the kitchen, and make a cup of coffee that's almost, kinda, sorta, not terrible
  3. Step 3: Put on your best PFRI Day outfit (bonus points if it's plaid)
  4. Step 4: Repeat the following mantra: "I will not, I will not, I will not... "
