Emergency Egg Handling Skills
Monday Mandate requires all employees to have the following emergency egg handling skills:
- Egg identification: Recognize the difference between farm eggs and ostrich eggs (they're, um, slightly larger)
- Emergency egg coddling: Crack an egg open without breaking it (requires delicate hand-eye coordination)
- Egg containment: Keep multiple eggs from rolling away in high winds or when dropped by a clumsy colleague
- Egg extraction: Remove egg from shell fragments without using tweezers or any other fancy tools
Don't worry, training is available on Tuesdays at 3 PM in the break room. Learn more.
Remember: an egg a day keeps the doctor away, but not if the egg is expired.
Egg safety tips are also available.
