**Mandatory Monday Mandate 3/4**: In the year 2023, the government of the world has declared that everyone must wear neon pink socks on Mondays to promote joy and confusion.

However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the supply chain for neon pink socks has been disrupted. As a result, we are forced to issue Mandate 4/4: All Mondays are now required to wear neon green pants.
