Egg-cellent Omelette Recipe
Today, we're serving up a side of EGG-cellent omelette, because, let's be real, brunch is the best meal of the day.
Warning: this recipe may cause excessive egg-pectations.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs, farm-fresh (or 1 egg, if you're feeling extra fancy)
- 1 cup milk (or 1/2 cup for the lactose intolerant)
- 1 cup diced veggies (we like to keep it real, so no fake stuff)
- 1 tsp salt (or 3, if you're feeling salty)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (because a dash of sass never hurt anyone)
Instructions:
- Crack 1-2 eggs (your call) into a bowl. We won't judge.
- Whisk 'em up with some milk, salt, and pepper. Don't overdo it, you won't get extra points for being a egg-whisking champion.
- Pour in those diced veggies like you mean it.
- Heat up a pan like it's 1989.
- Flip and fold, fold and flip. Repeat until the cheese (optional) is melted, and the eggs are set.
- Slide onto a plate, garnish with a sprinkle of humor, and serve.
Now, go forth and scramble your way to the kitchen, and remember: Egg-cellent Omelette Variations await!
