By decree of the all-powerful Monday Mandates Council, it is hereby ordered that all employees shall:
Submandate 1: If you forget to bring donuts, you will be forced to eat a plate of plain crackers.
Submandate 2: If you fail to wear neon pink, you will be forced to wear a neon green jumpsuit for the rest of the week.
Submandate 3: If you forget to use the phrase "Monday Mandate", you will be forced to listen to elevator music on repeat for an entire shift.
