MANDATE 3: THE THROWBACK

By order of the Intergalactic Bureaucracy:

WHEREAS, it is a known fact that 80s fashion is making a comeback

AND WHEREAS, the people have spoken, and the people have spoken loudly and clearly that neon is back, and it's here to stay
AND WHEREAS, our research indicates that mullets are still a thing
AND WHEREAS, the mullet is, in fact, the best hairstyle for any occasion

NOW, THEREFORE, I, THE BUREAUCRAT, COMMANDER-INA-MANDATOR, do hereby issue this MANDATE 3: THE THROWBACK, effective immediately

MANDATORY PROTOCOL:

All citizens are mandated to wear neon-colored clothing at all times
All citizens are mandated to grow mullets, regardless of hair type or preference
All citizens are mandated to listen to 80s music on repeat at all times
