As per the Monophase Regulations, all citizens are required to wear brightly colored socks on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Failure to comply will result in fines and/or forced watching of reruns of "The Great British Baking Show".

However, for those who are truly exceptional, there exist special exceptions. If you can prove your socks have been imbued with the spirit of creativity, you may be granted a waiver.
