Instructions:

  1. Boil the Mire tubers until tender. Drain excess water.
  2. Mash with Mire-oil and Mire-seasoning until smooth.
  3. Heat Alega sauce in a separate pan until warm and bubbly.
  4. Add Sparkle salt and Flibber-flakes to the mashed Mire tubers, then top with Alega sauce.

For the Alega sauce:

  1. Combine 1/2 cup Algae extract with 1/4 cup Sparkle water.
  2. Heat until reduced by half.
