Or maybe it was a can of hairspray. We're still figuring that out.
Anyway, our story began in the year 2000, when the world was still a bright, shining ball of confusion.
We were just a bunch of misfits with a penchant for neon, and a love for the absurd.
Our mission was to create the most ridiculous, the most preposterous, the most utterly, completely, and totally NEO thing the world had ever seen.
And we succeeded. Mostly.
