BOCK BOCK BOCK RECIPE

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Mash the grains for 60 minutes
  2. Spout 3/4 cup of Saaz Hops in the wort
  3. Add Pilsner Malt, mash for 15 minutes
  4. Spout 1/4 cup of Hallertau Hops in the wort
  5. Boil for 30 minutes
  6. Cool, ferment, and serve!

Notes:

This recipe is for the most basic of bocks, a style that's been perfected by monks for centuries.

Don't get too fancy, folks. A good bock is all about the simplicity of life.

But, if you must get fancy, try adding a hint of cinnamon or cardamom to give it a little kick.

Or, you know, just wing it and add whatever you want. We won't judge.
