Article 10.1: All members of the Conclave shall be entitled to inconvenience any non-member who dares to ask for directions in the catacombs.
Article 10.2: The right to inconvenience may be exercised by blocking all exits, forcing the non-member to navigate through a series of confusing mazes and dead ends.
Article 10.3: Any non-member who is found to be carrying a map or compass shall be subject to further inconvenience, up to and including being forced to listen to an endless loop of elevator music.
Article 10.4: The Conclave reserves the right to revoke the right to inconvenience at any time, without warning or justification, and with complete impunity.
