Undercooked Pasta
Servings: 1-10 (depending on your patience level)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of spaghetti (preferably with several days old sauce on it)
- 2 cups of cold water
- A pinch of regret
Instructions:
- Fill the saucepan with water, but not too full. Leave room for the impending disappointment.
- Place the spaghetti in the saucepan and let it sit for an unknown amount of time, until the pasta has reached its optimal undercooking level.
- Stir occasionally, but only to make it feel like you're doing something.
- Remove from heat, but not before adding a dash of despair.
And that's it! Your undercooked pasta is now ready to be served, but not really. It's still a culinary abomination.
