Technique 2: The Art of Doing Nothing

Today we're going to explore the lost art of doing absolutely nothing. It's a skillset that requires great patience, discipline, and a healthy disregard for productivity.

Step 1: Find a comfortable position. Not too comfortable, not too uncomfortable. Just... there.

Step 2: Remove all distractions. Phone, laptop, cat. Anything that could potentially break the flow of nothingness.

Step 3: Focus on your breathing. Or the wall. Or the ceiling. Anything that's not your to-do list.

And that's it. You're doing it. You're doing nothing.
