Technique 2: The Art of Sleeping Like a Pro

Also known as the "Snooze Button Technique," this method involves setting your alarm clock 5 minutes earlier each day to train your brain to wake up at the same time every day, without the aid of a snooze button.

Step 1: Set your alarm clock 5 minutes earlier each day. Don't bother trying to wake up at the same time every day, just yet.

Step 2: As soon as you hear the alarm clock go off, pretend you're still in dreamland and try to stay asleep for as long as possible.

Step 3: The longer you resist the urge to get out of bed, the better you'll be at resisting it in the future.

Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3 until you're consistently waking up at the same time every day, without needing to press a snooze button.

For advanced users, try setting your alarm clock to the exact time you'd like to wake up, but add 5 minutes to it. This will make you even more determined to get out of bed.
