Lesson 1: The Perfect Nap Setup
The key to a good nap is a good nap setup. A comfortable surface, a few pillows, and a snack within arm's reach.
Step 1: Choose Your Nap Surface
Do you prefer a soft cushion or a firm mattress? Do you like to sprawl on the floor or perch on a chair?
We recommend starting with the floor. It's easier to get up from the floor, and it's a great way to work on your floor-napping skills.
Step 2: Add Pillows and Snacks
A few pillows can make all the difference. You can't nap without them. And snacks! Don't forget snacks. You can't nap with an empty stomach.
Try pairing a few pillows with a bag of chips or a bowl of popcorn. It's the perfect combination.
