Mrs. Whiskerface, a self-proclaimed Sock Enthusiast, was interviewed on the scene and provided the following statements:

"I swear on my favorite pair of fuzzy socks, I saw the most peculiar thing yesterday evening! A sock was floating in mid-air, like it was possessed by some sort of mischievous spirit!"
