I, Stapler McGee, am a visionary of the arts. My medium is the stapler, and my message is one of urgency and redundancy.
With each carefully crafted piece, I seek to challenge the status quo, or at least, my own status quo. My use of staples is not just a means to an end, but a statement in and of itself.
Some say I'm a master of the mundane, a sultan of the everyday. Others say I'm a menace, a scourge on the sensibilities of those who would otherwise be content with mere tape.
But I say, "What's the difference, really?" for in the grand tapestry of art, it's not about the medium, but about the message. And my message is clear: staple it and staple it again.
