The Subcommittees on Unconventional Sock Puppetry meets biweekly to discuss and vote on the most pressing issues in the realm of sock puppetry, including but not limited to: the best use of googly eyes, the ethics of using felt as a primary material, and the optimal ratio of sock to puppet.
