Quantum Leap Committee: Decision 0001 prophets of Physics

By order of the Quantum Leap Committee, it is hereby decreed that:

Section 1: Prophets of Physics

Article 1: All physicists are now required to wear a cape to work, to signify their commitment to the field of physics.

Article 2: Prophets of Physics are now allowed to use the phrase 'It's not a bug, it's a feature' in all official scientific papers.

Section 2: Quantum Leap Committee Powers

Article 3: The Quantum Leap Committee is hereby granted the power to declare any scientific theory as a ' Fact'.

Article 4: All other scientific committees are now subordinate to the Quantum Leap Committee.

Section 3: Quantum Leap Committee Subcommittees

Article 5: A new subcommittee, 'The Committee of Infinite Improbability', has been formed to deal with matters of infinite complexity.

Article 6: The Committee of Infinite Improbability will be led by the infamous Dr. Zorg, a renowned expert in the field of 'It's not a bug, it's a feature'.

By the power vested in us, we hereby command all physicists to take note of these decrees.
