Wormhole Operations Policy Reports

Welcome, esteemed members of the Wormhole Operations Council! This report contains confidential information regarding the handling of rogue wormhole connections.

As per section 7b, subsection 3 of the Wormhole Operations Manual, all wormhole connections must be screened for potential dimensional instability. Failure to comply may result in severe consequences, including but not limited to:

• Dimensional rifts
• Unstable fabrications
• Multiverse contamination

Recent incidents:

• Known Rogue Connections (3 reported)
• Unscheduled Dimensions (7 reported)
• Interdimensional Traffic (2 reported)

Committee Members are encouraged to review these reports in full and report any irregularities to the Chairperson.
