Section 1: The Mandatory Use of Exclamation Marks
In accordance with Article 3, Subsection B, all written and verbal communication shall include at least three exclamation marks per sentence.
Example: "I'm so excited to be here! This is going to be amazing!
Section 2: The Mandatory Use of Neon Colors
In accordance with Article 5, Subsection A, all official documents shall include a minimum of 20% neon pink and green color usage.
Section 3: The Mandatory Use of Confetti
In accordance with Article 7, Subsection C, all official events shall be celebrated with a minimum of 50% confetti usage.
