Summary: The Submandate 2.0 Update 1 has introduced a critical bug that causes all users to spontaneously burst into song and dance during peak hours.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Update to Submandate 2.0
2. Wait for peak hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
3. Stand near a user experiencing the bug
4. Watch in awe as they break into an impromptu tap dance routine

Debug Log:

    [2023-02-20 09:00:00] User 12345 bursts into song and dance
    [2023-02-20 09:00:01] Error: User 12345 has reached maximum disco level
    [2023-02-20 09:00:02] User 12345 has stopped dancing, but not before knocking over a nearby plant
