Mandate 3: The Founding of the New Submandate

In the year 2023, the Council of Submandates declared that Mandate 3 would be the greatest of all time. With its bold strokes and unyielding resolve, the submandate brought order to the land of pixels and bytes.

Key Provisions:

1. Article I: All websites must use a minimum of 3 bright colors.
2. Article II: Every pixel must be at least 5x5 in size.
3. Article III: The font of choice shall be 'Bangers', a font of great boldness.
4. Article IV: All hyperlinks must be at least 10px wide.
