By order of the Submandator General, all citizens are required to wear pants of at least 50% cotton content when engaging in any activity that involves the consumption of food.
This regulation is non-negotiable, and failure to comply will result in a fine of 1000 Subunits.
Submandate 3.1 is effective immediately, and citizens are expected to make necessary adjustments to their wardrobe forthwith.
